Personal training through NUBODI is a way to achieve the changes your are looking for in your fitness program. When you work individually with a trainer, you get one-on-one personalized workouts to help you push through any obstacle with specific training programs designed to help you reach your goals.

• 1 Individual 60 minute non customized workout session Health intake review
• Overview of S.M.A.R.T. Goals Nutrition recommendations
• Fitness Tips

(For this package both In-person and online training is available)

The Silver package is a more in-depth training package. A NUBODI trainer will demonstrate exercises and routines to clients, assist clients in exercises, modify exercises according to clients' fitness levels, monitor client progress and provide information or resources on general fitness and health issue. Personal Training is conducted via Skype, ZOOM or telephone unless other wise arranged.

• 8 (2x sessions per wk) 60 minute customized video workout session

• Custom 30 day diet & nutrition guide & coaching
• Personal fitness support

The Gold package includes everything the Silver package includes with the additional more sessions.
